Hi, I’m Sveta.

Back in 2005, I discovered the world of home staging—and I was instantly hooked. I loved the idea that a few thoughtful changes could completely transform how a home looked, felt, and ultimately how much buyers were willing to pay for it.

That passion led me to build one of Montreal’s leading home staging companies, which I proudly operated for over 13 years.

At the same time, my husband (who, fortunately for me, is a contractor!) and I were buying, renovating, and selling homes of our own. Together, we’ve transformed more than 15 properties, and every project taught me something new.

Over the years, I’ve learned to see what others often miss. I can spot a home’s hidden potential, recognize what adds real value, and know which improvements are worth making—and which ones aren’t. Turning an “ugly duckling” into a beautiful home never gets old. It’s still one of my greatest joys.

Today, I bring that same experience to every client I work with.
