Yes, those still exist! It needed a little imagination and quick decision-making, but that\u2019s exactly the kind of opportunity that can help buyers get their foot in the market.<\/p><p data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3545\">If you ever feel curious about what might actually be out there west of Montreal, I\u2019m always happy to share what I\u2019m seeing in the market and what kinds of opportunities are popping up.
